1. Late Arrivals

• A late arrival may be out of your control; however, if you run more than 25 minutes late for any appointment, the treatment cannot be carried out with adequate time. 
• In this case, your appointment will be considered cancelled and will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the missed appointment cost.
  

2. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Definition Terms:

"Cancellations" term refers to the periosd of 48hours prior of scheduled appointment(s).

"Missed apoointment(s)" term refers to a booked appointment that the patient has not declared that they are unable to attend or was more than 25 minutes late of the scheduled appointment.

• A cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the therapist's schedule that could have been offered to another patient.
• We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
• Patients who provide less than 24 hours' notice, or who miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the scheduled appointment amount..

3. Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the purchase of products, gift vouchers, treatment packages, prepaid services and related items through our online store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• R J Parker Sports & Remedial Therapy is a UK-based therapy practice providing sports therapy, remedial therapy, soft tissue therapy, reflexology services, treatment packages and related products.
• All online payments are securely processed via SumUp.
  Clinical administration and patient records are securely managed using Cliniko practice management software in accordance with UK GDPR and professional standards.

• Website content is provided for general information only. 
• We reserve the right to amend pricing, policies or website content at any time without notice. 
• Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. 
• You are responsible for ensuring your device is protected from viruses or malicious software.
   

A legally binding contract is formed only when:

• A physical product has been dispatched; or 
• A confirmation email has been issued for vouchers, packages or prepaid services.
   

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are aged 18 or over 
• You have legal capacity to enter a binding contract 
• All information provided is accurate and complete
   

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• All prices are listed in GBP (£). 
• Payments are processed securely via SumUp. 
• Payment does not constitute a confirmed appointment booking. 
• Prices may be amended at any time prior to purchase.
   

• Dispatched to the address provided at checkout. 
• We are not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by third-party couriers once dispatched.
   

• A confirmation email constitutes proof of delivery. 
• Purchases are recorded within the relevant patient file. 
• Application to a patient file does not confirm an appointment. 
• Appointments must be booked separately.
   

Where the recipient is an existing patient, credit will be applied to their file.

Where the recipient is a new patient, a file will be created upon first booking in accordance with UK GDPR.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt if items are:

• Unused 
• In original packaging 
• In resaleable condition
   

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

• A full refund may be issued within 14 days if unused and not booked. 
• If treatment has been provided or booked at your request during the cooling-off period, cancellation rights may be reduced or void. 
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
   

After 14 days, prepaid treatment blocks and packages are non-refundable unless required by law.

If any session within a prepaid block has been used:

• Completed sessions are non-refundable. 
• Remaining sessions are non-refundable unless required by law.
   

Only the original purchaser may request a refund.

The recipient of a gifted voucher or package cannot request a refund.

A “Prepaid Treatment Block” or “Package Purchase” means:

• A bundle of a fixed number of treatment sessions sold together as a single transaction 
• Offered at a discounted total price 
• Conditional upon use within the stated validity period 
• A single contract covering multiple sessions
   

• Vouchers purchased on or after 16/02/2026 are valid for 24 months from date of purchase.
• Vouchers purchased before this date remain subject to the terms in place at the time of purchase.
• Unused balances after expiry will be forfeited.
• Expiry forms part of the contractual agreement.
  No extensions will be granted once expired except where required by law.
  Requests for extension must be made in writing before expiry.

Voucher use must be declared at the time of booking.

Presentation includes:

• Physically presenting the voucher or card; or 
• Notifying the practitioner at booking that payment will be made via voucher or online purchase.
   

Failure to declare voucher use at booking may result in full payment being required at the appointment.

The recipient may request a change of treatment by emailing:

Conditions:

• If the alternative treatment is lower in value, no partial refund will be issued. 
• If the alternative treatment is higher in value, the recipient must pay the difference. 
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
   

Biodegradable plastic gift cards:

• May be reused as a top-up account until funds are depleted. 
• As of January 2026, new plastic cards are no longer issued. 
• Existing cards remain valid until the balance is exhausted. 
• Once empty, cards cannot be reloaded.
   

If a voucher or gift card is lost:

• Contact rebecca@rjparkersportsandremedialtherapy.co.uk 
• Provide purchaser name and approximate purchase date
   

If a purchase record is located, reissue instructions will be provided.

If no record is found, proof of purchase must be obtained from the purchaser.
Without proof, full treatment charges apply.

• Packages are intended for single individual use. 
• Non-transferable once use has commenced. 
• Gifted packages must be redeemed by the named recipient. 
• Packages cannot be shared or split between multiple individuals.
   

Cancellation: Any appointment cancelled, rearranged or modified within 48 hours of the scheduled time.

Missed Appointment:

• Failure to attend without notice; or 
• Arrival more than 25 minutes late where treatment cannot proceed.
   

Minimum notice required: 48 hours.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of appointment fee charged. 
• Missed appointments: 100% of appointment fee charged. 
• Outstanding balances must be settled before further bookings.
   

If cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice:

• The session will be deducted from the package.
   

If missed:

• The session will be deducted.
   

Deducted sessions are non-refundable and will not be reinstated.

Late arrival will result in reduced treatment time, and will not be extended.

The full appointment fee remains payable.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

• Notify us within 48 hours of receipt. 
• Photographic evidence may be requested. 
• A replacement or refund will be offered where appropriate.
   

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Personal data is processed in accordance with:

• UK GDPR 
• Data Protection Act 2018 
• ICO guidance
   

Clinical and financial records are securely stored within Cliniko practice management software and retained in line with professional requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted website access. 
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
   

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Terms & Conditions – Personal Aromareflex Blend

1. Following your Aromareflex treatment:

• You have been provided with a product for your personal use. 
• Please read these terms and conditions carefully.Product Description: The product provided is a personalised blend of essential oils in a base medium (massage balm), created during your Aromareflex treatment. 
•  This product is blended specifically for you and is intended for your personal use only. It must not be shared with or given to others. 

2. Guidance and Instructions:

A leaflet will be provided with your blend, giving clear information on: 

1. How to use the product safely. 
2. Suitable areas of application. 
3. Frequency of use. 
4. What you should avoid when using the product. 
5. You must follow the guidance provided in the leaflet at all times. 

3. Safety and Limitations

• The product is not a licensed medicine and is provided for wellbeing purposes only. 
• It is not intended to replace professional medical treatment, advice, or prescribed medication.
• If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. 
• Do not use the product if you develop a new medical condition, skin condition, or allergy without first consulting a healthcare professional. 

4. Storage and Shelf Life

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the product out of reach of children and pets. 
• The product should be used within 3 months of the date it was provided, unless otherwise stated on the leaflet or packaging. 

 5. Liability

• R J Parker Sports & Remedial Therapy accepts no responsibility for misuse of the product or failure to follow the usage guidelines provided. 
• By taking receipt of the product, you acknowledge that it is for your own personal use only and agree to use it in accordance with the provided instructions.

6. Booking Appointments

• When booking the appointment for your gifted Aromareflex or Thermal Aromareflex treatment(s), please inform the practitioner that this is a gifted treatment before the appointment commences.
• All safety, infection control and clinical procedures must be adhered to for treatment to commence.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Nothing in any clinic policy, including cancellation, vouchers, packages or prepaid services, excludes or restricts your statutory rights under:

• The Consumer Rights Act 2015 
• The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 
• The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008  

If a term is found to be unfair or unenforceable under UK law, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

All treatments are subject to:

• Initial assessment 
• Ongoing clinical review 
• Professional judgement

• Decline or discontinue treatment where clinically inappropriate 
• Refer to another healthcare professional where necessary 
• Modify treatment plans in the interest of patient safety  

R J Parker Sports & Remedial Therapy shall not be liable for:

• Losses not caused by breach of contract 
• Indirect or consequential losses 
• Loss of business, income or opportunity  

Nothing limits liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence 
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation 
• Any matter where liability cannot legally be excluded  

The clinic shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Illness 
• Government restrictions 
• Severe weather  
• Utility failure  
• Public health emergencies  

Where appointments must be cancelled due to such circumstances, they will be rearranged without penalty.

The clinic may update its Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of purchase or booking will apply to that transaction.
