Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your treatment.

A late arrival may be out of your control; however, if you run more than 25 minutes late for any appointment, the treatment cannot be carried out with adequate time. In this case, your appointment will be considered cancelled and will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the missed appointment cost.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the therapist's schedule that could have been offered to another patient.

• We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
• Patients who provide less than 24 hours' notice, or who miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

Gift Vouchers and purchased appointments via Sum-up online shop:

Return and Refund policy:

• You have the statutory 14days, 'cooling off' period in which R J Parker Sports & Remedial Therapy will honour a refund. 
• After 14days you will need to contact the practitioner on rjparkerremedialtherapist@gmail.com to request a refund. The details of your request and time* since purchase will be taken into concideration, and a detailed explanation will be provided should your refund not be actioned. 
• There is no limit to when the voucher can be redeemed, but the voucher must be presented at the time of scheduled appointment as proof of purchase. Not providing the gift voucher, is akin to not providing proof of purchase and the attendee will be liable for the full price of the treatment booked.
• The reciever cannot request a refund. Only the purchaser within 14 days or email request after 14 days. 
• Refunds - once approved will be made through R J Parker Sports & Remedial Therapy account with  SquareUp through the original payment method and can take up to 14 days to fully process.

Change of gifted treatment

• The reciever can email R J Parker Sports  & Remedial Therapy  on rjparkerremedialtherapist@gmail.co  to request a treatment change of the gift granted to them. However if the treatment gifted is more than the treatment requested a refund will not be issued to neither the purchaser or receiver of gift.
• Should the reciever of the gift granted choose to change their treatment to another other than that is gifted and the changed treatment has a higher charge, the reciever booking the treatment will be liable to be charged the increased fee difference from the gift to full treatment charge, the reciever has chosen.

Plastic Gift Cards

• Purchases of plastic card vouchers can reuse their card as an top-up account for future treatments with R J Parker Sports  & Remedial Therapy. 
• Plastic cards sold are biodegradable.

Lost Gift Cards/Vouchers

• If gift vouchers/cards are lost:

1. Contact rjparkerremedialtherapist@gmail.com  with the explanation, including the persons name in which purchased your gift.
2. An email will be returned if a record of this purchase is found, and instructions on reissue will be provided. 
3. If there is no record of purchased gift then you must contact the gift provider for proof of purchase.
4. If the reciver books a treatment and does not have record of gift voucher or card then they will be liable for full treatment charge.

Package Purchases – Individual Use Only

Packages purchased through R J Parker Sports & Remedial Therapy are intended for use by a single individual and are non-transferable once use has begun. While packages may be purchased as a gift, they must be used in full by the named recipient. They cannot be shared or split between multiple people. This policy ensures treatments are tailored and consistent for each individual client.

Missed Appointments – Package Sessions

Appointments booked as part of a pre-paid package are subject to the same missed appointment policy as individual bookings. If a patient fails to attend a scheduled session or cancels without providing the required notice, that session will be considered used and will be deducted from the remaining package allowance. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for missed or late-cancelled appointments, as this time has been reserved exclusively for the patient.

Terms & Conditions – Personal Aromareflex Blend

Following your Aromareflex treatment, you have been provided with a product for your personal use. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Product Description: The product provided is a personalised blend of essential oils in a base medium (massage balm), created during your Aromareflex treatment.  This product is blended specifically for you and is intended for your personal use only. It must not be shared with or given to others. 

Guidance and Instructions

A leaflet will be provided with your blend, giving clear information on: 

1. How to use the product safely. 
2. Suitable areas of application. 
3. Frequency of use. 
4. What you should avoid when using the product. 
5. You must follow the guidance provided in the leaflet at all times. 

Safety and Limitations

The product is not a licensed medicine and is provided for wellbeing purposes only.
It is not intended to replace professional medical treatment, advice, or prescribed medication. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice. Do not use the product if you develop a new medical condition, skin condition, or allergy without first consulting a healthcare professional.
Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Keep the product out of reach of children and pets.
The product should be used within 3 months of the date it was provided, unless otherwise stated on the leaflet or packaging.
Liability

R J Parker Sports & Remedial Therapy accepts no responsibility for misuse of the product or failure to follow the usage guidelines provided.  

By taking receipt of the product, you acknowledge that it is for your own personal use only and agree to use it in accordance with the provided instructions.

Booking Appointments

• When booking the appointment for your gifted treatment(s), please inform the practitioner that this is a gifted treatment before the appointment commences.
• All safety, infection control and clinical procedures must be adhered to for treatment to commence.
